As the Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative, you will manage business relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Boosting sales, parts sales, and service within the assigned territory.
• Developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Planning and executing territory travel to visit customers directly in their fields.
• Building and nurturing new relationships with customers.
• Participating in trade shows to promote our products and services.
• Leveraging your experience with tractors, combines, sprayers, tillage equipment, and grain carts to drive sales.
• Generating new sales leads through cold calling and in-person visits.

• A family-run independent dealership with a strong community reputation.
• Competitive salary with uncapped commissions ranging from $50,000 to $70,000.
• Expected salary of $75,000 plus commission opportunities.
