Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, while also participating in visual merchandising, store presentation, and achieving sales goals by focusing on customers’ needs.

• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipment processes and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
