OverviewWe are seeking an experienced retail banker who is team-oriented with proven management success to join our banking team. This role involves directing and overseeing all retail service delivery and daily operations across up to 10 branch locations in Nebraska and Kansas. The successful candidate will develop a cohesive retail team, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage retail service delivery and daily operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and lead a cohesive retail team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Guarantee prompt and courteous customer service, meeting customer needs.
- Travel between regional locations as necessary.
- Drive sales and service processes, develop sales plans with location managers.
- Retain profitable customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Track results and follow up to maximize sales performance.
Proven management success in retail banking, team leadership skills, and ability to oversee multiple locations.
DetailsSalary: $58,600 - $90,000 per year
