2nd shift – 5:00 pm to 3:30 am

The hourly pay rate for this position is $
24.64 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to North Platte and may not be applicable to other locations.

• Get correct stile and rail carts to line
• Perform first piece checks
• Feed materials through glue spreader per the production schedule
• This position requires high attention to detail
• All other assigned duties

Must haves include:

• High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Read and interpret production tickets
• Read a tape measure and have basic math skills
• Work safely and follow all plant rules
• Show initiative, be a self‑starter
• Communicate in English in a clear and effective manner
• Ability to multi‑task
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have shift flexibility

• Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting
• Think under pressure, make quick and strategic decisions

• Show initiative, be a self‑starter, and be able to train and coach others
• Communicate in English in a clear and effective manner
• Operate a computer and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Stand for 10–12 hours straight
• Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the role
• Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40‑pounds)
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
• Handle, control and feel raw materials and finished goods
