Senior IT Business Systems Analyst – Juno Beach, FL

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join a world‑class cybersecurity team. The role is part of the Cybersecurity Strategic Initiatives, a functional team within the Cybersecurity & Technology Risk (CTR) group of Information Technology, which protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of company information and computing networks.

• Provide support and aid in the enhancement and deployment of new and existing technologies.
• Recommend process and technology‑related solutions or improvements to protect the company from cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats.
• Analyze business processes and practices to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.
• Document procedures and create flowcharts for both new and existing processes.
• Coordinate initiatives and projects.
• Perform integration and regression testing.
• Investigate support issues and provide customer support.
• Develop and deliver training and demonstration materials.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes and work‑management platforms such as Service Now and Change Gear.
• Experience using MS Office apps including PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to work with customers to gather, document, and communicate requirements to developers for both support and enhancements.
• Ability to create training content such as presentations, guides, job aids, and videos.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
