• We are seeking a Communication Strategist with strong expertise in Hub Spot to join the Enterprise Marketing team.
• This role is responsible for leading and delivering digital initiatives across the organization’s customer-facing digital roadmap.
• The individual will drive multiple website projects, optimize content management strategies, and enhance user experience through strategic execution within Hub Spot.
• The position requires strong project management skills, digital strategy expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.

• Lead project intake processes by gathering and clarifying stakeholder requirements to define objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and execute digital strategies leveraging Hub Spot and its AI feature, Breeze, to enhance engagement and business growth.
• Define and articulate design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Translate complex digital strategies into effective website design executions.
• Apply marketing and UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, developers, and content teams to implement cohesive digital solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end Hub Spot implementation for 200+ microsites, ensuring best practices in CMS, personalization, and performance optimization.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts.
• Design, manage, and optimize web content and assets within Hub Spot CMS.
• Ensure ADA compliance and monitor overall site health using tools like Site Improve; recommend and implement improvements.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, user story development, testing, and release support activities.
• Maintain strong organization and discipline in managing multiple digital projects simultaneously.
• Present wireframes and prototypes to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Conduct audits and performance analysis of digital campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/digital marketing best practices.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital strategy with strong focus on Hub Spot.
• Proven experience executing and managing digital projects using Hub Spot.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience managing large-scale website ecosystems (200+ microsites preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience with ADA compliance and site optimization tools (e.g., Site Improve).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hub Spot Certification.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and personalization strategies.
