The Solutions Engineer architects, engineers, implements, administers, configures, supports, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains enterprise applications. The Solutions Engineer works closely with the business units to define and implement solutions according to business strategies and goals.

Local Candidates Only: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work at our North Palm Beach, FL office two days per week.

• Architect, design, engineer, implement, administer, configure, support, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications within Office 365, Azure and the Atlassian Suite
• Act as business analyst and project manager, working with different departments to understand their needs, gather and translate their business requirements
• Become the champion of the assigned enterprise programs or technologies by being the go‑to person for any new implementations and/or improvements following industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects, keeping stakeholders updated and working on action items and setting deadlines
• Promote user adoption of internal enterprise applications
• Provide usage metrics and analyze return of investment of enterprise applications
• Create workflow and collaboration solutions
• Work with end users to collect and analyze business requirements and implement solutions
• Provide production support and maintenance for assigned systems
• Ensure quality by testing solutions for proper operation with minimal defects
• Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
• Follow change control processes and maintenance plans
• Keep enterprise applications up to date with the latest updates
• Write documentation and assist on business proposals
• Develop custom applications and API integrations
• Automate repetitive tasks using Power Shell or C# and streamline processes

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check.

Individuals working for DSS or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800‑53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day‑to‑day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high‑risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access.

Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
