- Temporary Staff Accountant (Contract)
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL On-site 5 days a week
Salary: Open and will be commensurate with experience

Must have the following:
2+ years of accounting experience, general ledger support, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end assistance, ERP exposure

Responsibilities:

• Support the accounting team with day-to-day general ledger activities
• Assist with month-end close tasks including journal entries and basic account reconciliations
• Help maintain accurate financial records in accordance with internal policies
• Prepare supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts as needed
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc accounting requests
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide temporary coverage and hands-on support during peak workload periods

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations
• Comfortable working in an ERP system (Net Suite experience is a plus, not required)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to jump in quickly with minimal ramp-up
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to support where needed
