• Operate the scrubber and buffer, perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss‑prevention standards.
• Maintain and operate the assigned equipment and replenish essential items in lounges, restrooms, and front end.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Cross‑train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Support front‑end coverage needs.
• Participate in store recovery activities and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break period policies.
• Maintain a safe environment by participating in safety awareness Misch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capability to multitask and respond to unexpected situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team‑player who works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Starting pay: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour.
