We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a vital part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Maintain organized stock room and tidy store environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Leader

• Retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
