Banter by Piercing Pagoda at Great Northern Mall, North Olmsted, OH is looking for dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal opportunities. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and may provide supervisory support to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections; present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits; offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
