We are more than just a Parts Store and are seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the 'face of the retail store' and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is essential. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths with us.

- Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
- Using your parts knowledge to assist team members and answer customer questions
- Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions
- Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive shopping experience
- Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalog systems
- Enjoy helping customers with their auto parts and service questions
- Have gained experience in the automotive industry or through personal tinkering and repair
- Are willing to learn about automotive parts if you lack background
- Want to grow your career with us—opportunities are endless!
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy fast-paced retail environments
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers
- Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
- Experience in retail, auto body, or collision shops
- Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems
- Customer-centric mindset
- ASE Certifications
