PSI is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support Public, Private, and Charter Schools in the Cleveland Area as a Permanent Substitute Float. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact children's health and well-being while enjoying a flexible work schedule!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to students in various school settings.
- Assess student health needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing (required).
- Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocols.
- Preference for school-based or pediatric experience (preferred).
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach - Must work effectively with staff, parents, and students.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Current CPR certification and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
