- HS diploma, post-secondary training in a trade is desirable
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Meets all mandated health requirements
- Documented evidence of a clear criminal record
- Building maintenance experience and demonstrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and environmental laws
- Available to respond to building and/or service emergencies
