Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Ken Ganley Westside Hyundai is seeking an experienced service advisor to join our westside team. We are a VERY busy dealership group. - Pay plan based on total department and individual performance
- Ability to write repair orders daily including CP and Warranty booking.
- Great phone skills with ability to answer service department phones including appointment booking (X-Time experience a plus)
- Good skillset in handling customer conflicts and finding resolutions.
- Good selling and customer service skills
- Experience in the Automotive Dealership Service department.
- Good organizational and computer skills.
- CDK/ADP including ERO and Electronic Multi-Point experience.
- Knowledge of current required Walk around processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in the industry as a Service Advisor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work some weekend and evening hours on a rotation.
