EMS Solutions in Ogden, Utah is looking for a Testing Operator who enjoys getting hands‑on with electronics, solving problems at the component level, and calling a job done only when the board passes with flying colors.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday 6a - 4:30p - Friday overtime as needed

Once onboard, you'll be trained on EMS procedures covering quality, safety, testing processes, ESD, documentation, risk интих management, and more. Translation: we set you up to succeed-and do things the right way.

• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic PCBAs
• Diagnose circuit boards down to the component level (you find it, you fix it, you test it)
• Use tools like digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers
• Read schematics and assembly drawings (when provided)
• Perform repetitive testing with precision and steady hands
• Document test results accurately (because details matter)
• Jump in on other tasks as needed – team effort is the name of the game

Education & Experience

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience repairing electronic circuit boards

Skills That Matter

• Strong troubleshooting skills at the component level
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience in an electronics repair or manufacturing environment is a big plus
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate clearly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 10 lbs
• Comfortable working in a PCB manufacturing environment
