Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday 6a - 4:30p - Friday overtime as needed

Once onboard, you'll be trained on EMS procedures covering quality, safety, testing processes, ESD, documentation, risk интих management, and more. Translation: we set you up to succeed-and do things the right way.
What You'll Be Doing- Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic PCBAs
- Diagnose circuit boards down to the component level (you find it, you fix it, you test it)
- Use tools like digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers
- Read schematics and assembly drawings (when provided)
- Perform repetitive testing with precision and steady hands
- Document test results accurately (because details matter)
- Jump in on other tasks as needed – team effort is the name of the game
Education & Experience
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience repairing electronic circuit boards
Skills That Matter
- Strong troubleshooting skills at the component level
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in an electronics repair or manufacturing environment is a big plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate clearly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs
- Comfortable working in a PCB manufacturing environment
