Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot is a role that supports three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers assist customers by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, scheduling measurements, reviewing room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They also support stock and display initiatives to promote a safe and appealing shopping environment and drive sales to meet department and store goals.

• Welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe to support Store Appearance.
• By supporting these three priorities, contribute to driving sales to support department and store goals.
