Overview

IT’SUGAR was founded to create an environment that fosters happiness and humor, with over 100 nationwide locations. IT’SUGAR seeks a fun and dynamic Dual Store Manager to lead two store locations and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales and back‑of‑house operations for both locations, meeting sales objectives.
  • Evaluate daily operations continuously and recommend actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Hold self and store teams accountable to core values and coach associated behaviors.
  • Make staffing decisions including employment, training, task assignment, promotion, discipline, and termination.
  • Foster a productive work environment through consistent coaching, training, and engagement of sales associates.
  • Train and hold store team accountable for the customer engagement model, IT’SUGAR TAINMENT.
  • Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
  • Recruit talent by proactively attracting and retaining qualified candidates for all leadership positions in both locations.
  • Interview and select candidates based on IT’SUGAR’s care values.
  • Onboard, train, and coach associates/supervisors and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Achieve sales goals through customer requests, product benefits explanation, and selling culture training.
  • Oversee all operational standards, including pricing, signage, replenishment, planograms, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and product flow.
  • Oversee store cash handling, reports, opening and closing procedures, and budget management.
  • Maintain visual guidelines and support brand image across both stores.
  • Plan and set up special events and promotions.
  • Communicate loss prevention policies, report issues, and escale to District Manager as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of retail experience with prior sales and management experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of multi‑unit experience.
  • Flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Use a POS/cash register and stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs independently; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Ability to travel between locations.
