Customer Service Rep - Aquatic Center (Part Time)
Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks at a busy front desk area. The role involves front desk operations, point of sales, computer registration, and financial transactions. The employee will assist with servicing members and guests efficiently and courteously, including registration for programs, Pickleball membership sales, facility usage, answering the telephone, facility set-up and clean-up as needed, and other assignments necessary to perform the job.
The employee will also assist with special events and programs as needed. Work approximately 15-22 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
- Front desk operations, point of sales, computer registration, and financial transactions.
- Assist members and guests with program registration, Pickleball membership sales, and facility usage.
- Answer the telephone and provide information.
- Set up and clean up facilities as needed.
- Assist with special events and programs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to learn and utilize new computer software skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects occasionally.
- Ability to sit, walk, or stand for periods of time.
