Title: Senior Property Accountant
Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Annual Bonus
Location: Miami Beach, FL 33139 (100% Onsite)

• Oversee full-cycle AP and AR for assigned retail assets
• Prepare CAM reconciliations (CAM RECs) for multi‑tenant sites
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile tenant accounts
• Record and process journal entries for month‑end close activities
• Generate invoices, apply payments, and maintain accurate tenant billing records
• Conduct intercompany AP/AR reconciliations
• Complete monthly credit card reconciliations
• Support the Controller on accounting tasks and monthly close duties
• Assist Property Management and Brokerage teams with payment coordination
• Handle ad hoc accounting assignments and financial analysis as requested

• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Accounting required
• Strong understanding of NNN (Triple Net) lease structures required
• Proficiency with accounting ERP systems required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a Bookkeeping Certificate preferred
• Experience with Quick Books and Yardi Voyager strongly preferred
