Position: Full-Time Housekeeper / Family Support - Luxury Residence, Aventura, FL
A family in Aventura is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time housekeeper to support their household in a 5,000 sq. ft. high-end luxury two-floor apartment. The household consists of a couple and two children.

This role is primarily focused on housekeeping and requires someone with a strong eye for detail who can maintain a luxury home to a very high standard. The ideal candidate is also child-friendly and pet-friendly, as light support may be needed from time to time.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Flexibility required for:

• Occasional later hours for child supervision
• Weekend support when needed

Primary Responsibilities

• Detailed housekeeping and maintenance of a 5,000 sq. ft. luxury residence
• Deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining high standards throughout the home
• Laundry and ironing
• Child-friendly presence in the home
• Occasional school pick-ups
• Light supervision when parents are unavailable
• Preparing simple meals primarily for the children
• Care for a small-breed dog
• Occasional dog sitting when the family travels

Requirements

• Strong experience in private homes, especially luxury residences
• Excellent attention to detail

• Flexible with schedule when needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $35-$40 per hour (based on experience)
