Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Russian speaker Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles. This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial advice to clients. The Tax Accountant will also assist in estate planning and corporate accounting, contributing to the overall financial health of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize client tax documents.
• Assist with bookkeeping entries in Quick Books Online.
• Prepare work papers for 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and international forms.
• Manage client folders, deadlines, and “Ask My Accountant” items.
• Support engagement letters, payments, and e-signature
• At least two years previous experience in public accounting or tax preparation fields
• Interview clients to gather information needed Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in tax administration, bookkeeping, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online & Tax Act (or similar).
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, bilingual English/Russian/ Spanish a plus.
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
