This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Mankato, MN. The Sewer Equipment Operator will operate and maintain sewer “Jet Vac” cleaning equipment to deliver efficient and high-quality services. Responsibilities include operating jet vacuum trucks, maintaining equipment, confined space entry, assisting with lateral launch and main line televising operations, and installation of trenchless point repairs. The role also involves performing minor equipment maintenance, documenting fieldwork, and adhering to safety protocols during cleaning, inspection and repair activities.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for collaboration with team members and clients
• Experience related to operating specialized equipment such as jet vacuum trucks and sewer televising tools
• Familiarity with on‑site task coordination, equipment handling, and site management
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to conduct routine equipment inspections or maintenance
• Dependable with attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sewer equipment operation or trenchless technology are advantageous
• Valid driver's license required; CDL license is a plus
