Assistant Store Manager – Spencer Gifts / Spirit Halloween

Hourly rate $17.00 – $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and management experience required.
• Physical demands: >8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Full‑time, up to 38 hours per week.
