$18.50 per hour + Signing Bonus

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance; in-person work required.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work (public or personal vehicle).
• Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
• Use RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Assist customers with local will‑call orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
• Ship and receive truck deliveries.

• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task with attention to detail.

We prioritize safety and provide personal protective equipment for all employees. Monthly safety meetings review protocols and update practices. The warehouse is a dynamic environment with moving machines—order pickers, forklifts, and heavy reels—requiring frequent standing, cutting, and moving. The facility is not climate‑controlled; temperatures can reach 90°F in some areas. We offer hearing protective gear when needed and a relaxed dress code with safety footwear requirements.

Company shirts are provided after the first 90 days.

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Previous wire & cable experience is a plus.
