Rose Atlantic is seeking a licensed and insured General Contractor to be on call for maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across our properties.

This role is ideal for a reliable contractor interested in ongoing, as-needed work with a growing property management group.

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Interior and exterior repairs
• Minor renovations and improvements
• Emergency maintenance when required
• Coordination of subcontractors as needed
• Providing repair assessments and recommendations

• Active General Contractor license
• Valid insurance (general liability and workers’ compensation, if applicable)
• Experience with residential and/or commercial properties
• Ability to use Company Cam to document work
• Upload before, during, and after photos for all completed jobs
• Reliable communication and timely response to work orders
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional interaction with tenants and property managers

• Payment is issued after job completion and submission of required photos via Company Cam
• Compensation varies based on the scope and type of work performed
• Rates are agreed upon prior to work authorization
