Security Officer Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, store teams, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Control access for employees, vendors, and deliveries by verifying identification, managing sign-in and/or credential checks, and directing traffic flow to approved entry points.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual activity, potential policy violations, and/or service issues, and document observations per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating customer issues and coordinating with site management and/or local responders when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail floor, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or operational concerns.
