Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and/or mall location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including sales floors, common areas, and exterior perimeter, observing for irregular activity and conditions;
Help to deter theft, disruptive behavior, and unauthorized access by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring entrances and high-traffic areas, and reporting concerns per post orders;
Complete required reports and shift documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and maintenance-related observations, and communicate key updates during shift turnover
