Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or public emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including buildings, yard areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow as assigned, and documenting entries and exits per site procedures;
Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to the next shift, and promptly report hazards, damage, and/or suspicious activity to supervision
