Territory Sales Manager

Now hiring a full-time Sales Manager (Education) on behalf of a well-established company with a commitment to safety. The Sales Manager will present technological solutions to a K-12 Education client base that enhances and improves life safety and property protections. This hybrid role requires heavy travel throughout Central Arkansas and surrounding territories.

The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales, product promotion and business development within the assigned territory.

• Secure project contracts in line with sales and profit obligations
• Develop/maintain relationships with school district decision makers to ensure installation coordination
• Collect/prepare site information/photographs; submit to Engineering for sales quote
• Prepare weekly sales and bid reports
• Acquire/maintain thorough knowledge of all relevant equipment and systems
• Perform demonstrations of all products
• Assist in the collection of money related to Sales Manager’s client base
• Perform other duties that may be assigned
• Assist in Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Travel on a regular basis Monday-Friday required (
  * vehicle company provided)

• 2 or 4-year degree preferred in Business, Sales or related preferred
• Minimum of 3 years sales, account management and/or customer service experience required
• Sales / Account Management background working with K-12 / Education industry clients desired
• Effective organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite to include:
  Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Professional appearance and excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills
