Overview

Domino’s Pizza is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the store team. The role requires effective leadership, strong customer service and a focus on operational excellence. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff and maintain a positive guest experience.

• Lead and motivate the store team, setting a high standard of service and performance.
• Manage cash control, cost controls, inventory control and customer relations.
• Ensure full compliance with all Domino’s policies and procedures.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training and team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives and profitability.
• Deliver excellent guest service and maintain perfect store image.

• Prior experience in a fast‑food or retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills and a high level of accuracy with money handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for delivery duties.
• Capacity to multitask, manage stress and maintain quality control standards.
