Responsibilities and Experience- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
- Managers may also lead Departments, overseeing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
- Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
- Kitchen Department Managers ensure quality food delivery, safety compliance, food cost control, and staff training on production procedures and new menu items.
- People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule based on sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff.
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Must be 18 years or older and a positive team player with a flexible schedule.
