Overview

BARISTA (FULL TIME) role at Compass One Healthcare. Immediate hiring for a full-time BARISTA position at Baptist-N Little Rock – 333 Springhill Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72117.

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and credit payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies; maintain cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following production standards.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently; help prevent delays in serving lines.
• Explain menu items accurately; employ selling techniques to assist in buying decisions.
• Merchandise and present display foods attractively per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of food service experience and Coffee Shop/Barista experience required.
• Full-time availability;
  Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
