• Obtain vital signs (temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, and weight), insert saline locks, perform basic and advanced cardiac life support.
• Apply sterile dressings, remove sutures or staples, assist with pelvic examinations, perform EKGs; cleanse and irrigate wounds; administer oral medications; apply splints (volar, thumb spica, ulnar gutter, posterior leg).
• Initiate routine lab tests, swab mucous membranes for cultures, administer and read TB skin tests, perform venipuncture, give medications via intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intradermal routes.
• Provide cross‑training, handle tasks outside usual scope, observe and act in line with organization values, support vision and mission.

• Work Schedule: Full-time, 12‑hour shifts – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. – Rotating Saturdays
• Compensation: Starting at $21 per hour, depending on experience

All newly hired employees may have to complete a 4‑day training session in Texarkana, TX as part of their onboarding process.
