One of the most rewarding aspects of working as a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Bridge Way is that our core values are centered around empathy, comfort, and safety to the patients and families we treat often at their most vulnerable times.

• Current license to practice nursing in the State of Arkansas.
• Current CPR/BLS and CPI certifications (offered onsite).
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.
