The Industrial Maintenance Laborer will perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment and assist Maintenance Technicians while learning to work independently.
What we offer- Multi-Shift Openings: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift. Overtime opportunities may be available voluntarily on a case-by-case basis with prior authorization.
- 1st shift:
Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. - 2nd shift:
Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- 1st shift:
Handle general maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance programs, carpentry, plumbing, furniture assembly, painting, and cleaning.
Basic Requirements- 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience (painting, simple repairs)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment diagrams
- Safe and effective use of common maintenance tools Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience within a Caterpillar facility
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install manufacturing machine components
- Background Screening
- Drug Screening
- Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire (clearance from Corporate Medical)

Summary Pay Range$23.45 - $29.35
