As an Industrial Repair Technician, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and installation work on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical production equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures.

- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.
Your Role Day to Day:As an Industrial Repair Technician, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, repair, and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and CNC‑based production equipment and controls (mills, lathes, grinders, presses and more), using strong knowledge of machinery operation, schematics, and OEM documentation. Daily tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing motor and electrical failures, testing equipment after repairs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures such as lockout/tag‑out and critical safety device protocols.
The role also requires accurate CMMS documentation, proper use of tools and precision tools (multi meters).
- 2 years of minimum cumulative experience performing industrial maintenance, corrective, preventive, and testing in a manufacturing facility or like industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment diagrams
- Must have knowledge of Critical Safety Devices and functionality
- Experience utilizing precision tools
- Prior experience within a Caterpillar facility
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and installation of manufacturing machine components
- Fundamental understating of CNC ladder logic
- Advanced understanding of root cause analysis and FMEA
- Background Screening
- Drug Screening
- Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire (clearance from Corporate Medical)

Summary Pay Range:$26.25 - $33.00
