Body Shop Technician - Repair or replace damaged body parts back to pre‑accident condition using factory and dealership specifications. The aim is an invisible, factory‑quality repair.

Responsibilities- Review repair orders, work orders and estimator’s notes to identify needed repairs.
- Ensure all repairs follow the documentation on the repair order or supplement.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturers’ technical repair processes.
- Use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
- Perform initial teardown of the vehicle.
- Identify parts for cut‑in and edging.
- Follow factory specifications and company policy (ICAR Standard) during all repair procedures.
- Perform and sign off on quality checks before sending the vehicle to the paint department.
- Re‑assemble painted vehicle and parts.
- Conduct a final quality review before moving the vehicle to the detail department.
- Mentor apprentice or lower‑skill technicians to develop repair skills.

Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of body shop experience.
- ICAR Welding Certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Minimum Pay Rate: USD $25.00/hr.
Maximum Pay Rate: USD $38.00/hr.
