Equipment Service Technician

• Installation process of equipment including mail meter and insert postage machines, etc...
• Provide end user training on-site with customers. Troubleshooting via phone and on-site equipment repair.
• Heavy lifting required
• Communicate effectively with Service Coordinator regarding service calls
• Operating box truck, forklift and other company vehicles as needed

• Networking and Software management knowledge
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Critical thinking skills
• Must be highly self-motivated, professional, friendly, outgoing
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Exceptional attitude. Current valid driver's license
• Experience servicing equipment such as HVAC, printers/copiers, mail related equipment/Inserters/Printers/Pre-Sort machinery
