. This position offers the opportunity to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while experiencing the warm southern charm of central Arkansas.
Provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
Responsibilities- Administer therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT
- Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and recovery plans
- Communicate effectively with PTs and interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to facility safety, infection control, and compliance policies
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active Arkansas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
