Community Liaison
Passionate about connecting the community with our behavioral health services, the Community Liaison serves as the key link between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. In close collaboration with the Director of Business Development, the liaison creates demand for services through ethical marketing and sales methods, enhances the facility’s brand, manages the assigned territory, and works toward achieving departmental goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the facility’s strategic sales plan and enhance the brand image.
- Manage assigned territory and accounts effectively.
- Represent the facility positively to media, community groups, leaders, patients, referral sources, and administration.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing programs and strategies.
- Function in a fast‑paced environment, handling frequent interruptions.
- Travel, including overnight travel, as required.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (experience evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis).
- Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships (preferred).
- Knowledge of Arkansas behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets, referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, and age‑specific programming (preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficient computer usage.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
