Monday through Friday, 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 p.m.

Hourly Rate: $15.50

Job Description:

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them excel academically? The Crestwood After School Program at the North Little Rock School District is seeking dedicated instructors to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise children participating in the program.

* Develop weekly lesson plans for enrichment and grade-level-specific math and reading support.

* Prepare nutritious snacks for the afternoon.

* Assist students and other personnel with various activities, including tutoring.

* Actively participate in student-related program activities as assigned.

* Arrange for substitute coverage when needed for planned absences.

Qualifications:

* A strong commitment to supporting children's educational and social development.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

* Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
