Customer Service Warehouse Associate
Join Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. We look for an exceptional Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk‑in customers and handle sales transactions while performing material handling duties.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide customer service, assist with order requirements, answer inquiries, and complete sales transactions.
- Process payments and receipts, reconcile DSRs and cash, prepare bank deposits and petty‑cash balances, create vendor orders, and maintain the customer master file.
- Enter customer orders, create plant/RDC orders, and handle stock replenishment.
- Pull/assemble customer orders, verify outbound orders, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, and conduct daily cycle counts.
- Receive and unload inbound material, process shipments, stock materials, handle returns, and report damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Operate forklift equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- HS diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
