• Understand all aspects of equipment leasing contracts
• Learning and advising on Lease purchase program, LP coaching and support to improve LP profitability and lower LP turnover
• Meet with LP DM's, help the DM’s become more successful in their performance
• Maintain maintenance charge backs for LP drivers
• Monitor LP Balance Statements

• 3-5 years experience in Transportation
• 3-5 years experience working with equipment leasing contracts
