ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Office Specialist, you will play a vital support role to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, coordinating key operational processes.
- Manage and enter sales orders, pricing, and quotes in internal systems.
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership (calendar, travel, correspondence).
- Enter, approve, and track employee timecards for assigned teams.
- Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, logistics, and related documentation.
- Support project coordination and help track timelines, deliverables, and goals.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and communications.
- Help build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 3+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
This position is primarily an office environment.
Constant (role requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day).
Use of fingers and hands. Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less & push/pull 12 lbs or less.
Frequently (role requires this activity from 33% - 66% of the time (2.5 - 5.5+ hrs/day).
Stand, climb stairs, walk, sit, reach outward, squat/kneel, bend. Lift/Carry 11-50 lbs & push/pull 13-40 lbs.
Occasional (role requires this activity up to 33% of the time (0 - 2.5+ hrs/day).
Climb & crawl. Lift/Carry 51+ lbs & push/pull 41-100 lbs.
