Delivery Analyst / Delivery Manager – North Lincolnshire – £44K + excellent benefits (Hybrid - easily commutable from Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe)

• Act as the link between the business and the technical teams, ensuring incoming work is understood, documented, and ready for delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day activity, monitor planning and capacity, unblock issues, and ensure clear priorities.
• Lead discovery sessions, map processes, capture requirements, run workshops, and ensure everything is well-documented and technically feasible before it reaches the Application Data team.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement—support testing and acceptance, lead retrospectives, and refine processes to improve how work flows.
• Collaborate with business-facing, data/BI-focused teams; guide workflow and delivery; organizational role not requiring line management but requires being proactive and organized.
