Job Description # GRC Analyst
* Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.
* Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
* Ensures the confidentiality of member information.
* Adheres to all state, federal, and credit union regulations, policies, and guidelines.
* Conducts comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing systems.
* Utilizes Archer to track security risks and collaborate with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
* Assists with resiliency planning (e.g., Incident Response, Business Impact, Disaster Recovery)
* Works with the Data Governance team to identify, classify, and protect data.
* Assesses security risks associated with third-party vendors.
* Develops, implements, and maintains security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
* Prepares and maintains comprehensive security documentation.
* Collects, analyzes, and reports security metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security program.
* Monitors and reports on compliance with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, GLBA, PCI)
* Advises and assists with operational and information security incidents.
* Collects, organizes, and maintains evidence for internal and external audits and assessments.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* College degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a related cybersecurity role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, self-starting, and motivated.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Ability to assess risk and make control recommendations.
* Experience with security frameworks (NIST CSF, PCI, etc.).
* Experience with GRC tools (Archer, Tandem) is preferred.
* Proficiency in networking and operating systems preferred.
