Salary: $18.00-$21.00

• Utilize your expertise to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply creativity and advanced techniques in a play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child s development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

• Must currently have a valid RBT credential.
• Ability to perform physical activities and sustain movements (e.g., lifting/carrying, running, crouching, kneeling, bending, and moving between positions) as part of providing therapy; communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license preferred.
• Safety is a priority  will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.

• Paid training to help ensure you are confident and successful as you advance your career in ABA therapy. Additional training as you progress through our career levels.
• Tution reimbursement toward masters level education in a needed field. If you have the drive and desire, Lighthouse will be by your side all the way to BCBA Certification.
