ABA Behavior Technician Part Time PM

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy:
  Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age to provide personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team:
  Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
• Apply Creativity in Therapy:
  Utilize play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques.
• Guide Children’s Progress:
  Help children succeed in educational and social settings.
• Document and Track Development:
  Meticulously document progress for each child’s therapy program.
• Embody Core Values:
  Thrive in a team environment that upholds Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Ability to engage in physical activities and moves described in the original posting (e.g., lifting/carrying, running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and sustained sitting). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Safety:
  Background check and drug test required at time of hire.
