AV​/Rental Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Working under the warehouse supervisor
• Ensuring all incoming and outgoing inventory is prepped and maintained according to show schedules
• Overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks
• Maintaining strict standards while returning and quality checking all equipment returning to the Stamm warehouse
• Regular check-ins with leadership to ensure all broken/missing items are replaced and billed in a timely fashion
• Delivery using Stamm van – may involve after-hours and weekend work as needed
• Local show sites / agencies to help resolve last‑minute emergencies with equipment, staffing, etc. – only when needed
• Daily organization and general upkeep of the warehouse

• Experience as a warehouse employee and/or technician in the A/V or Lighting Industry or similar experience and/or training
• High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
• Managing a fast‑paced, on‑the‑fly environment
• Willingness to work occasional nights & weekends, after‑hours – and a good driving record is required
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
